These enchanting escapes join our beloved Osprey Landing and Hawk Hideaway, each with its own story, soul, and sense of adventure.

We’re proud to have partnered with Treetop Builders, Lakeside Contracting, and Limar to bring these treehouses to life. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail helped us create elevated escapes that feel magical and are structurally sound.

Soft pastel blues, graceful lines, and proud heron imagery define Blue Heron Haven; a treehouse inspired by the majestic Blue Herons that frequent our shoreline.

“We are avid bird watchers and this treehouse truly reminded me of a proud Heron,” shares Rachel Krajewski, President of FLX Retreats.

The name Blue Heron Haven was born from years of watching these elegant birds perch over Seneca Lake. Their quiet strength and beauty have become a symbol of peace for our guests and a muse for our design.

Cowbird Canopy brings a touch of the South to the Finger Lakes. Inspiration was drawn from Kathleen Miller, Founder of FLX Retreats and a lifelong cattle rancher and rider. This treehouse blends rustic charm with the same sense of whimsy, wonder, and adventure found throughout our property. Inside, you’ll find rustic touches and subtle Western-specific decor.

The name Cowbird Canopy pays homage to the native Cowbirds that nest in the trees surrounding the structure. These treetops serve as nature’s own canopy for the curious creatures. And let’s be honest… we also loved that it has the word “cow” in it. How could we resist? Cowbird Canopy is a place where western spirit meets woodland wonder.
