Are your properties open year-round?
The Conesus Condos are open year-round.
The Seneca Lake Treehouses are currently open through November. This is subject to change with or without notice based on weather conditions. However, if you are interested in any private events during our off season, please contact us directly.
The Coastal Cottage is open through November 2026.
Reservation Availability
Reservations open on a rolling 8-month basis, calculated from the final day of your trip. Mark your calendar for 8 months prior to your checkout date to secure your dates from the moment they open. (For example, to book a stay from July 1st through July 4th, the booking window opens on November 4th.)
The Seneca Lake Treehouses
What watercraft is provided?
Do I need to bring my own firewood?
What accomodations do the treehouses have for wheelchair accessability?
Hawk Hideaway is equipped with a ramp that allows access to the front door entrance. Cowbird Canopy and Blue Heron Haven have many stairs and are not recommended for those with mobility issues.
Do you allow pets?
We allow up to 2 dogs in Hawk Hideaway and Blue Heron Haven.
How high are your Treehouses?
Do the treehouses have WiFi, heat/AC, bathroom, and a shower?
How far are the treehouses from each other?
All four treehouses are set about 500 feet from each other. They are separated by natural barriers (trees, hills), so you will maintain privacy during your stay.

When will FLX Retreats at Heritage Lake be open?
We are estimating a phased opening beginning in Summer 2026.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in all four condos with a $200 pet deposit. Please notify us if you plan to bring more than 2 pets so we can ensure proper accommodations.
